Tifton office. Drove an hour and a half to get there. Waited and hour and a half to finally see a dr as I was walking out. Claimed his tardiness was due to surgery in Valdosta that made him late. Claimed he had someone bleeding out during surgery. First I would not tell patients that because yeah it doesn't look good and why would you tell a first time patient that. They overbook their patients especially when a dr has surgery 45 minutes away. Then the excuse of someone bleeding out during surgery. Thanks but no thanks I will look elsewhere. My time isn't worth what their time is I guess. How long is too long to wait for the dr? I think and hour and a half is too long. Along with the hour and half of driving time for me so I wasted 4.5 hrs . A big fat waste of time. The Doctor was AMAZING! But, after that, service was not good. Can NEVER speak to a person. Left 3 messages trying to cancel appt, never returned call, then I got a $25 no show bill. On the day of my visit, I paid $719.20 cash, in full before I left the office, then 2 months later, I get a bill for $495. Now, I sit on the phone, two 15 minute wait times. I left a message, when my call was returned from a call service center, the person couldn't tell me what company she was returning call from, so I was reluctant to discuss ... read more
