I was having some issues with my eye. She was able to get me in the same day that I called, and even gave me her personal cell phone number in case I have issues again after hours. (I noticed that someone had a concern regarding her sanitizing her hands. She used hand sanitizer during this visit so I don't think that's an issue.)
I had one of the worst experiences ever here. I was scheduled for a regular exam of my eyes, and a contact fitting. I waited 20 minutes after my scheduled time before I was called back. Then the assistant started my exam. I was then sat in another waiting area for 30 minutes waiting for the doctor to see me. When who I assume was Dr. Duda called me back, I had my normal exam. Dr Duda and staff at Troy Eye Associates were nice and knowledgeable! I would recommend her!
The visit was fine. Longer than expected but I thought it was because she was through. Then I wait a week get my glasses and my prescription was wrong. I tell them the script was wrong. I go back, they do every again and I wait another week and it is still wrong. Now I have to wait another year for my insurance to pay for someone else to do it again.
