Cant even rate this 1 star The complete lack of respect for your time is unbelievable. You make an appointment and in the days leading up to it get many, many reminders of it, to the point its almost harassment. The when you show up for an appointment, you have the pleasure of waiting over an hour to see the dr. at 1 hour i left. never going back, terrible. DONT GO

Do not recommend. I had to take my Child out of school , because i asked first the earliest available appointment after 3 pm several times and was only offered 11am. I pick my child up at 10.30, we arrive at 10.50 And we check in and im told the appointment was cancelled by them, because they Wanted the insurance info that i had already provided when I made the appointment. On July 21st, 2025 I had an appointment for 12:30pm set at Dr. Jodi L. Rowson & Associates, Inc., I arrived at 12pm. After completing intake paperwork I was called back at 12:40pm to do my vision field test. Then I was sent back to the waiting room to be seen by the doctor. When I arrived there was one patient before. When Dr. Pham / Phan came out and collected the patient prior to me, she saw me waiting. In the midst of waiting, two women arrived.
