The care & understanding I have received from Jodie & her team has been nothing but amazing. I saw Jodie last year & again last week but this time for surgery. Competent, knows her stuff and gives a stuff also. Great surgeon. Spoke about all options and let me choose what was best for me. Allows 30 minutes for new appointments. My hysterectomy went really well.
Jodi is a doctor who clearly works hard and tries to understand and genuinely wants to help, her knowledge is great, she doesn't rush into one treatment option, she is good at discussing all the options with you and I felt safe and supported to choose what was best for me. She is also honest about what is most likely to help which helped me realistically weigh up what I wanted to do. She's a great surgeon and her team are wonderful. Their communication is fantastic. Extremely dismissive and completely unwilling to discuss a change in circumstances. Made it very clear that my presence was wasting her time. The treatment options provided were not the problem. I went in for a seperate issue with an in-depth letter from another medical professional on my care team, which you refused to even open... An honest review is not a 'social media attack'. It is sharing my feedback about feeling as though I've wasted $177 on a 10 minute appointment where my concerns were ignored.
My wife waited two years last time she had an appointment was after waiting all this time because they kept cancelling & changing dates, my wife was on her way to Cowes (50 minute drive), just before she arrived in Cowes she had a phone call from the receptionist cancelling the appointment (yet again), they said they would ring and make another appointment for her...We never heard back from them!!! I have edited the rest of this review on my wifes request, and yes, it was a few years ago, disappointing......
