Visits via zoom or telephone. Great lady who will do anything to help patients. VERY educated about all medications. Easy to converse with.
I was apprehensive of her abilities, and my daughter couldn't stand her. She talks very quickly, she is the typical shrink that can only ask, "How are you feeling". Her knowledge seems questionable. Worse yet is her unprofessional office staff, who have no idea what it means to take a message, and is completely incompetent. Every time they called they had messed something up, misplaced credit card information, etc. Terrible experience
Dr Star is intelligent, thoughtful in her recommendations, kind and caring. I highly recommend her for adolescents and adults. Office staff is helpful and responsive.
