Dr. Yu has seen two of my children and she is absolutely wonderful. She is very good to explain and show me exactly what is needed in my children's teeth and why, which I appreciate. My oldest had to have some fillings and was very nervous but she really made it as comfortable as she could. I will continue to take my children to her. Her staff is also very nice!
She is friendly, extremely patient and very gentle to her patients. My son is 4 and I really satisfied the way she treated my son. She is a good listener and adviser when u discuss about any problems regarding your kid's dental problem. Her staffs are great too, especially Kimmy who works at the front counter.
My daughter had a successful fillings for her four cavities! Everyone on the staff was very friendly and especially Dr. Yu was very patient with my 3 year old who was a bit afraid of the dentists office. The billing manager was very well informed with all the insurance questions I had about the different procedures and called me several times at home to let me know the process of what was happening to make sure we were covered.
Very friendly and professional. Took 2 kids for six month checkups. Environment was very relaxing...kids didn't complain about any procedures. Dentist is very nice and had great interaction with my kids. For daughter, Dentist replacedsealants(bad job by prior dentist falling off after 6 months), 1 filling (small cavity under sealant from prior dentist). Son (4) had 4 pin hole cavities which she filled. Insurance filled quickly...no problems.
