1/2 star because that's the lowest I am permitted to give. I had been seen by this doctors office for 10 years. They have had the most helpful and pleasant staff., however the owner / facility manager (Dr. Beane) is the rudest person ever. I work out of town and also get called to work for weeks on end out of state. Over the past 10 years I have missed a total of 6 appointments due to being out of town for work. After being a lifetime patient of 25 years and missing one payment - they called me at work which got me in trouble there and after I told them they can't do that anymore - they turned my $400 account in to their collection agency. Can never get in to see a real Doctor...on PAs.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. They are always polite and never use foul language, Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located . It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They are not good about calling you back at all with test results if they are good or bad. You have to call them.
