I’ve only had one annual visit here before, and now that I’m pregnant I’ve started coming more regularly. Today I accidentally came on the wrong day for my ultrasound (pregnancy brain already!) and the front desk lady was so kind, she quickly rescheduled me so I wouldn’t have to come back another day. Seriously such a sweet gesture. Everyone in the office is always so nice and welcoming, and Dr. Richards has been great so far as my OB. I feel really comfortable here and I’m glad I chose this office for my care.
I have been with Doctor Richards for over 24 years She is excellent and also an excellent surgeon not just C/S. Her assistant Michelle also someone who has worked for her for at least 24 years I think. She is so sweet very personable. Greet team
I cannot recommend Dr. Richards more. I am in the second trimester of a high risk pregnancy. We previously had a late term loss with another doctor. This experience has been completely different. Everyone at the office is lovely. If you have an issue after hours, there is always a doctor available to speak with. And not with a call back 4 hours later, the answering service transfers you directly to the doctor. I have absolutely no complaints. We would recommend Dr. Richards to anyone that is expecting!!!!
Dr. Richards is an excellent doctor and takes her time with each patient. She truly listens. Both me and my daughter are her patients. We are extremely pleased with her care and the staff is very respectful.
Dr Richards is a well experienced and educated OB/GYN who takes her time to listen to your concerns and intervenes promptly to solve a situation. She has been my doctor constantly for 25 years . I love consistency with seeing the same physicians so she is stuck with me 😁. In addition, the office staffs are also well experienced, courteous and professional. Love them all .
