Dr. Richards is an excellent doctor who is attentive, compassionate and very knowledgeable. I have been a patient of hers for almost 20 years, and she provides the care needed for desirable results.
The after hours answering service is TERRIBLE! She didn’t even listen to what I needed. She just told me to call the office at 9. Like why are you there ma’am.
The wait time was not long, I was seen very close to my appointment time, which I greatly appreciate. The staff was friendly and professional. Dr. Richards is always attentive, thorough, she listens to me and takes my concerns seriously. I have been her patient since 1996. I highly recommend her, she's great.
