Dr. Crantz is retiring this month, affecting my answers. I've met Dr. Colon briefly & set up an appt. for later in the year, but have no opinion of her skills or care yet, difficult time to respond. Dr. Crantz is retiring and I am very sad about this for me--happy for her. Dr. Crantz is proactive, kind, but a no nonsense doctor. I had very little health issues until I reached a certain age--and then, it seems I started to fall apart. During my regular visits, Dr. Crantz diagnosed the warning signs of my pancreatic cancer in the very early stages and probably saved my life. Her references for other doctors is always really good.
Dr. Crantz is a first rate Physician. She is a listener, that’s No. 1. She is caring and easy to talk to. I value her advice and counsel and her overall approach to providing exemplary medical care. She is always available when I need her, whether it is an immediate appointment or phone call. For simple things like a script refill, it is quickly resolved via email. Suffice to say, I am thoroughly pleased with our Doctor/Patient relationship.
Dr. Crantz has always gone the extra mile for me, explored all possible causes of any problems I've had and checked on the outcome of treatments.
