EDIT (28\11\2023) I put a complaint through the ACT human rights commission and they managed to get me a meeting with Dr Michael Rosier. He was very reasonable, agreed with me in everything and I'm pleased that they have taken on this instance as a prompt to review and survey the quality of the service they are providing and I'm hoping this will lead to action if the results are not positive.
