Immediately after my last endoscopy, I developed 24/7 severe nausea (like severe food poisoning. )After a few days with no relief, I called the office practically begging for help. Well,no. Nor was I ever called with the details of the endoscopy. I ended up in the ER for 6 hours. They did what they could to help me to no avail. I called the office . No interest or empathy was shown. Dr. Linstead & her Nurse Practictioner, Molly are very nice and spend time during visit. The problem is getting results after she does procedures and biopsies. And the nurse staff is not very friendly or helpful. Unfortunately, corpus christi has very few specialists and we must travel to larger cities to get better care.
Have been going to Dr. Linsteadt as a patient for several years. ALWAYS treated respectfully both professionally and personally. Appointments meet with little wait time, clear understanding of test results, and polite professional staff. Highly recommend Dr. Linsteadt.
