Dr Borkowski is a fraud. Billing practice has me order checks from my credit union ,they never arrive? Now I'm tracking checks worrying about them being stolen. All so Dr Borkowski can get penalties, late fees ,interest ect. Why is Cleburne patheticology located at a PO BOX in Houston? Fraud. Predatory Medical billing fraud. States attorney next. Lemonade stands can take credit card payments in 2018 why can't Cleburne pathology. Predatory billing practice from Dr Joanna Borkowski.
