I had such a great experience at this medical office. Dr. Parambi was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and caring throughout my visit. She took the time to listen to all of my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable and respected. It’s rare to find a doctor who is both so attentive and compassionate. Dr Parambi had a very disrespectful, condescending, and dismissive attitude towards me just because I see a therapist. I’m 26 and a much better endocrinologist at a different practice actually listened to my symptoms and now I’ve been diagnosed with a brain tumor causing secondary adrenal insufficiency. What a disgrace to women in the medical field. They hate women in their 20’s who advocate for ourselves and treat us like we are attention seeking.
Dr Parambi had a very disrespectful, condescending, and dismissive attitude towards me just because I see a therapist. I’m 26 and a much better endocrinologist at a different practice actually listened to my symptoms and made a very necessary cardiologist referral which Dr Parambi failed to. The front desk also had very low energy and was a bit snarky which are signs the practice is past its patient limit. I would suggest finding another office until they have the capacity again.
Dr Parambi has been my Endocrinologist for over 10yrs. she is very knowledgeable excellent customer service she and her staff.
I can’t tell you anything about this office, no one ever answers the phone to make an appt, reschedule an appt or answer a question! Does anyone work there???? I called for 2 days and it rang & rang. One time someone did pick up after 50 rings but then immediately put me on hold, i drove all the way to my daughters dentist appt and still no one came back! Ridiculous!!!
