was my doctor for many years ..turned 65 on Medicare ..now they don't want me ..sad
This practice is not friendly or flexible to new patients, even those relocating to the Clayton NC area. Essentially you have to complete an initial 30-minute appointment to establish medical history before you can see a PA or MD for any medical conditions. This, despite the fact your medical records are transferred or in process. I love Clayton Medical Associates!! I’ve been going to them for many years now & they are always friendly and can get me in quickly and take care of my needs .... refer me out if need be. They take fabulous care of me. I would never go anywhere else ..... the entire staff is Wonderful !!!! 💕💕
Awesome customer service, not a long wait, and doctor was very knowledgeable & personable. Clean office as well. Made me feel very comfortable. Will definitely be back!
