No child (from 2-102) should be left behind from undetected problems in the visual system. 20/20 is not enough. Tracking, focusing, convergence and acuity are the basics. Then there is visual information processing (eye to brain connection.) If a child is struggling in school, all of the above must be ruled out. As a developmental practice, we get to the root of the problem. I also do routine type eye exams and contact lens fittings. However, I will never consider any of my patients routine.

I am 71 years old and have had a lazy eye all my life. I have repeatedly asked opticians in the many visits I have made them if they have found a cure for Amblyopia and they've always said no.
