Dr Chen is a wonderful Dr. and she’s very thorough. After complaining to the main office St Agnes Hospital at Wilkens ave in regards to Dr Chen’s VERY RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL SECRETARY 3yrs ago, I received a letter by mail stating I would no longer be seen. Aweful. The office manager is unprofessional and the staff as well need training on how to warm transfer calls the office manager needs training on phone edicate as she answers the phone without saying hello or giving her name and title. My daughter was referred by her PCP we called explained she was having severe issues of late and we're told the earliest appointment was November.
