I have been a patient with Dr ahrens for as long as I can remember (+12 years).She is a great dr., however I am extremely upset with the way her front of house staff has handled a phone call that delivered very upsetting news that wasn’t in my online labs. I believe Cindy is her name. She was extremely rude to me, and dismissive! She kept cutting me off mid sentence. Dr. Ahrens is absolutely the best internist I have ever had. She has been my primary care physician for at least 15 years. She is caring, understanding and treats you with respect. She is an awesome physician and a wonderful human being!
Dr. Ahrens makes me feel like I am her only patient. I never feel rushed or like she is “too busy” to explain something to me. The ladies at the front desk are just as pleasant as Dr. Ahrens, such a rare find.
