I have seen Dr Hensel before at her previous office. My mom went to her for years. There were so many patients sometimes we were in there 4 hours. This time at her new address, I was waiting on almost immediately. Everyone was polite and courteous. It felt like they were not under stress like they were at her other office.
Went in to check the pressure of my eyes.
Except for initial wait time, visit went well & quick.
Staff was pleasant and caring.
My husband and I have been a patients of Dr. Hensel's for a number of years. I have found her to be a great eye doctor. She is open, honest, caring and remembers us. That makes for a great doctor.
She is a no nonsense doctor she comes in does her thing tell you what's happening and answer any questions then she's gone. No stand around BS- ing with her she has other patients to see. I love her staff they are always a joy to be around and listen and really help you in whatever way they can. I love Dr. Hansel and staff.
Dr. Hensel is always welcoming and professional in her no nonsense approach. Her staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I have been going to her for many years.
Dr Hensel has treated my glaucoma and eyes for a number of years. In my opinion, she does an excellent job!!
My annual checkup visit was handled quickly and efficiently. My questions were answered and my new prescription obtained. Dr. Hensel has been my eye-doc for over 10 years. I have always found her to be thorough and informative.
