She was not empathetic at all and didn't seem to think much about my perspective as a patient. She didn't seem to care about solving my problem at all.

She always trys to make it easier for her patients, she is selfless and hardworking. Also she makes sure her patients are updated and have not missed anything. She is so lovable!
