This dental office is disorganized and never responds to calls and texts. Periodontal surgery is needed for my case. Asked for a copy of the cost breakdown with a staff member, and she refused, saying I already had a copy. She did not have any copies available for my reference, despite the fact that this procedure involved me. Bad Experience at This Dental Clinic I had a very disappointing experience at this dental clinic and feel it is important to share it so other patients are aware. 1. I had a dental implant done at this clinic, but it later had to be removed due to severe pain. I do not feel that the potential risks or complications were clearly explained beforehand.
