My recent experience at Dr. Li's office was deeply disappointing. While I understand that dental offices can run behind, the severe lack of organization, communication, and basic patient care was completely unacceptable. This dental office is disorganized and never responds to calls and texts. Periodontal surgery is needed for my case. Asked for a copy of the cost breakdown with a staff member, and she refused, saying I already had a copy. She did not have any copies available for my reference, despite the fact that this procedure involved me. Bad Experience at This Dental Clinic I had a very disappointing experience at this dental clinic and feel it is important to share it so other patients are aware. 1. I had a dental implant done at this clinic, but it later had to be removed due to severe pain. I do not feel that the potential risks or complications were clearly explained beforehand.
