What a joke!!!! Set appointment, no point! Sweatshop in waiting area and the lady at front is slow and useless. PS it stinks in there!
The once helpful doctors office is now rude and uncaring! I’ve been seeing Dr Kim off and on for 20 years, and used to enjoy my visits with him and his staff. The new rude staff do not answers or return phone calls, and Dr Kin had lost his passion for helping people. I’m a cash customer and I pay a lot of money to be seen here. I’m now signing up for Kaiser. I’ve lost all hope for this doctor and his staff.
The staff is amazing good energy specially the pretty girl in the front desk she is always ready to help highly recommend this dr kim
