This doctors office never picks up the phone you call and instruct you to leave a voicemail but then their voicemail messages are always full. If you for a mirror or able to leave a message they never call you back. They are horrible, I went 2 weeks before I could get my meds from them. I had to drive to the office and show up in person. Very disappointed, unprofessional.
The once helpful doctors office is now rude and uncaring! I’ve been seeing Dr Kim off and on for 20 years, and used to enjoy my visits with him and his staff. The new rude staff don’t answers or return phone calls, and Dr Kin had lost his passion for helping people. I’m a cash customer and i pay a lot of money to be seen here. I’m now signing up for Kaiser. I’ve lost all hope for this doctor and his staff.
Keep calling for 2 days, but no one picks up the phone. Left 2 voice messages, but no one called me back. As a new patient, bad experience. I start doubting if I have the opportunity to see Dr. Kim.
Impossible to schedule an appointment they never answer their phones. I’ve tried many times , through out the day for weeks
Plays games with people's prescriptions, that he been percribing for 20years just because u don't see him for a year. For 10 min staff rude very rude
