I am complaining about appointment, the doctor doesn't respect the time of the patient, today I was waiting almost 2 hrs after my appointment, NO RESPECT FOR PATIENT TIME.
Absolute disappointment of a primary doctor. Please save yourself the headache and find anyone else. Not only is Dr. Kim extremely dismissing with one time during an appointment where I was informing him of my symptoms he cuts me off and walks out and says “we can talk about it next time”. My last appointment. Also his front office staff is completely incompetent at their jobs. They never pick up the phone, never have results, never know what to do, and have major attitude. Find a different primary ASAP!
ONE OF THE WORSE DR. OFFICES IVE EVER HAVE BEEN A PART OF.. THEY DON'T FOLLOW THRU AND DR. KIM DOESN'T SEEM TO CARE WHAT ISSUES OR HEALTH CONCERNS BROUGHT TO HIS ATTENTION.. HE ACTS LIKE US AS THE PAITENT DOES NOT KNOW WHAT OUR BODY IS EXPERICING... I COULD GO ON AND ON..
Transferred care for both my parents from Los Angeles and diamond bar/hacienda to Rancho. Dr Kim is the perfect combination of Korean American where I feel confident he can explain and assess and monitor my parents and I don't have to attend every appointment and either translate or review the doctor to see if he is providing proper care. He is also active in his referrals for specialist care and physical therapy so that both my parents are really stabilizing and maintaining.
