Trying to contact their office when their voicemails are full and horrible customer service when I’m going through a lot of pain I need to get my prescription just partially refilled and until I have to drive all the way back to Rancho Cucamonga to see the doctor when his medication you can’t just stop is absolutely ridiculous. There’s no reason why he cannot and he’s the only doctor that is able to do that to me and I can’t drive all the way out there. Worst customer service ever.
This doctors office never picks up the phone you call and instruct you to leave a voicemail but then their voicemail messages are always full. If you for a mirror or able to leave a message they never call you back. They are horrible, I went 2 weeks before I could get my meds from them. I had to drive to the office and show up in person. Very disappointed, unprofessional.
