I called for the first time to set up an appointment and the receptionist Judy is a disaster she's constantly talking about money even though I told her I have insurance with 100% coverage, but she was keep talking about if insurance doesn't pay you have to pay even though I told her everybody knows that and money is no issue, but she was keep repeating herself so I finally gave up and hang up the phone. Really appreciated the care I received here. Dr. Feng is highly skilled and professional — you can tell you’re in experienced hands right away. she is also patient and takes the time to explain everything clearly. Everything was explained well, and the pricing was straightforward. The staff is also warm and welcoming, which made the whole visit much more comfortable. I’m glad to have found a place I can trust and will definitely return.
