Jimmy replaced my shoulder, repaired 2 rotator cuff tears and reattached by bicep after 20 rears of damage. I was able to enjoy Christmas with my family and kids for the first time in 12-15 years! And afterwards, followed up with Tiffany who was epic in helping me post-op. I ♥️ both and hope someday in the future you get to see the true impact YOU have made, literally saving my life!
I love Dr Jiang! He has done an excellent job restoring my hands to normal use! My hands were to the point of not functioning. My hands are at 💯% function ability. Along with the art of his hands & mind; he has excellent bedside manners. His staff from the front desk to nurses, pre-op, post-op is pleasant & caring!! It is a team effort between the patient & doctor to receive maximum results!💕💕💕💕💕
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction disgust with the care my son received under the care of Dr. Jimmy Jiang. Initially, after consulting with multiple doctors, we were reassured by Dr. Jiang’s confident statement that the surgery would be a success and that there would be no visible issues with my son's hand afterward. However, following the procedure, my son developed a significant bump on his hand, which Dr. Jiang has dismissed as merely "cosmetic" and of no real concern. Did a surgery on my wrist and 2019 and another doctor had to repair the miss placed screw that caused me endless pain and limited movement. 30 years old and arthritic because a screw wasn’t placed properly into my hand when the surgery was done. The screw backed out causing the bone to come back apart. Any athletic activity I do is followed by discomfort. Only stating this now because someone is asking me for an orthopedic I trust. Look how far the screw is out, and look how it doesn’t even pass the fracture.
Dr. Jiang did surgery on my left thumb in September 2022. Great outcome! My thumb is as good as new. I am going to have surgery on my other thumb in the Fall. I highly recommend Dr. Jiang and his wonderful office staff and PA.
