My experience was very positive. Dr. Jang did a good job of explaining the surgery and telling me what to expect. He pretty much hit the nail on the head. I feel the surgery was a total success and within five months I was back To 100%. I’m doing things with my shoulder now that I haven’t done in years.
Dr. Jiang was very attentive and listened to my concerns. He answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. Rachel, his medical assistant, was courteous and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Jiang, orthopedic surgeon.
My 82 yr old mom broke her wrist and went here to get it set, dr Jiang never even saw her, a nurse told her it was broken in 3 places and needs surgery and probably a plate or pins which prompted me to look up reviews for surgery here since it wasnt just going to be a cast and I booked her somewhere else. The new surgeon said it was best to set it with a cast and only do surgery if for some reason it doesn’t heal on its own and of course at the new place she met with the surgeon directly who is a hand specialist. Broken humerus. Completely unsatisfactory experience with this practice. Suffered a post surgery complication within hours of being discharged and had to go to Emergency Room for severe bleeding and a hematoma the size of a navel orange. Almost lost my life and recovery was extremely difficult. All follow up appointments were deferred to his nurse practitioner and I never saw Mr Jiang again.
