Dr. Chen has been my primary care doctor for around a year. He has been tremendously helpful and personable, and when my insurance denied a referral to an out of network specialist, he spend his own time and worked with my insurance so that I didn't have to, in the end convincing them to reverse their decision and let me see the specialist. I am so, so happy with Dr. Chen.
