I would highly recommend this doctor and this practice! From the front desk to all of the office staff including the scheduling secretary Keisha, I was impressed! Dr. Jimmy made me feel so at ease and during my procedure we had back and forth fun with jokes! I almost forgot why and what was happening being I was so nervous prior to my procedure! Dr. Haouilou shares his office with Dr. Jaecklein who performed a successful procedure for PAD; however, the follow up appointments with this office was a huge disappointment. The office is NOT practicing any social distancing despite the Covid pandemic. In addition, I was given a prescription for the wrong medication when leaving the office (it was for a male patient)! Visited regarding previous testings. Surgery was recommended and done, and with the corrective surgery of a 90% blockage, I am thankful for Dr. Haouilou.
Dr. Haouilou is a competent doctor, but his office staff is a good reason not to put your care in his hands. They don't return phone calls, answer questions and are really quite dismissive. Considering seeking care from another physician.
