I would not be leaving this review (and I have never left one like this before) if I remained the only one with such a negative experience, however... I had a root canal with them last year. It was an emergency situation and I did not have insurance. They required payment in full right away and I was told that in order to have any sort of payment plan that I would have to wait about a week...even though I was in severe pain with an infected tooth. Dr.Jimmy Sheats passed away in 2017. I hope he is in better place.
