I called multiple times requesting an appointment. I left a point of contact for a return call as instructed by the appointment line voicemail. I never received a single follow up over the course of two weeks worth of calls placed.

I can't say enough how great my experiences have been with Dr Smith and the staff at Village Dental. I procrastinated about getting a filling replaced, just dreading the procedure. I was happily stunned to get it done with no pain. She buffered the shot to modified the ph to eliminate any burning from the shot. If I had realized how easy this would be I wouldn't have waited so long to do it. Dr. Smith and her staff are professionals from the time you enter the doors to the time of departure. This is the most efficient dental office I have been to as well as knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!
