Nice office, the receptionist was very polite and Kathryn the Dental Hygienist was very easy and was great cleaning my teeth. Dr.Helton who everyone said was great. I am sorry Kathryn told him I was a new patient. I have partials never checked to see if fitting my mouth nor did he ask if I had partials. He never even introduced himself. They did not even have a cup top put my partials in. They gave me a paper towel.This office did not have a machine to clean partials. Evidently Dr. Helton does not do partials or dentures.
The doctor and his staff were very professional and pleasant throughout the visit. I have finally found the best dentist in the area. Following visits through time have been the same excellent care and advice.
Dr Helton and his staff were professional in every way. Kathrine, his assistant, got me X-rayed , prepped, and cleaned. Then Dr Helton made his diagnosis and gave me options concerning my individual condition. I couldn’t be happier with the treatment I received today.
Everyone was extremely friendly, professional, and efficient. It was a great experience.
