I went in with severe lower back pain that made it nearly impossible to walk or move. From the very beginning, Dr. Jill has been absolutely amazing, not just in her treatment and communication, but in the genuine care she shows for how you’re feeling. She takes the time to explain the root cause of the issue in a way that’s easy to understand, and gives guidance to help prevent it from happening again. After just my second appointment, I was able to walk and even get back to exercising completely pain-free!

**From Day One, the Communication Has Been Amazing!** The office staff and Dr. Duquette have been absolutely fabulous. When I first walked in, I could barely rotate my head and had a very limited range of motion. After just my first visit, I noticed a significant improvement—I could turn my head with much more ease. I'm not quite at 100% yet, but I'm hopeful that with continued sessions, I’ll be back to my old self. **THANK YOU, Doc—you're amazing!**

First time seeing a chiropractor and Dr Duquette took the time to explain how I could better my mobility and core strength to reduce my shoulder pain. Also, I love to get adjusted!
