Every time I've been there, I've never been rushed or hurried. Great staff. Dr. Mines is a compassionate person and doctor. Short wait time. She diagnosed my shingles and placed me on the correct meds immediately which prevented the spread.
I have been seeing Dr. Mines for several years. I am always impressed by her attention to detail, her wonderful caring, and the way any skin issues are addressed and solved.
I have seen 4 dermatologists in the last 2 years. Dr. Mines will be my last. Of the 4 she was the most knowledgeable. I've had a reoccurring problem with forehead acne and I am wearing of continuing a regiment of antibiotics due to side effects. She came up with a game plan and while I had an adverse reaction to the medicine I received a follow up call from her office and within a short time I had a back up plan. The communication has been great and I see much improvement.
Dr. Mines is outstanding! She is gentle and caring. The staff is helpful and friendly. This is a very busy office and they usually run on time. I never feel hurried or rushed. I highly recommend Dr. Mines if you are looking for the best dermatologist in Ventura County.
