The whole office is kind gentle and the place has a great feeling
Terrible experience! When I made my appointment with them they took all of my personal info including my dental insurance over the phone and set my appointment. I come in two weeks later for said appointment and you guessed it, they never processed my paperwork, verified my insurance, or even bothered to give me a call to let me know they needed anything from me. Quite simply, avoid this dentist at all costs unless you enjoy dealing with incompetence. When they lost all my appointment information the miserable office staff couldn't even look me in the eye, let alone offer me an apology. They just stood there hoping I would go away. The office manager had the audacity to ask me to come back another day like it was so simple to use a vacation day at the drop of a hat. As if I would trust them with a second chance. I am a dental-phobe. I don't just not like going to the Dentist, it is a real fear for me. I have been going to Dr. Markos for some needed work. I have found her to be very thoughtful of my fears, she tells me when and what she is going to do before she does it. When she is working on my teeth, she is very calming in her conversations with me and her assistant.
