0 stars. I wish they would take Grilliot out of the "rotation". For one, she stood entirely TOO close to me. As I was sitting on the bed she was so close her legs were pressed against the side of the bed. Lady, mask or not, give me my space. Two, she was speaking entirely too loud & animated. I'm right here, please lower your voice. Three, she was extremely unhelpful in answering my question(s) and her responses were odd and just plain rude. I have found Dr. Grilliot to be a very professional, caring provider. She meets with me prior to the exam to listen to any concerns I have. She has always done a thorough exam and answered questions I have. Also, I have no problem if the staff aren't bubbly and talkative. They aren't there to entertain me or make me feel warm and fuzzy. I understand they have work to do and are busy. I would rather they do that part of the job correctly, so my information is correct in the system. Dr. Grilliot delivered my oldest in 2013 and I have only not seen her when living away from west ga for a brief period. She is not going to coddle you as a patient BUT she is research-based in ALL of her decision-making and is an amazing doctor. I like her "bedside manner" personally. She is driven by facts which is honestly more comforting than anything to me. I highly recommend her.
I love Dr. Grilliot! She's thoughtful about her treatment plans, considers all options, works well with your insurance constraints and truly works to find the best option for your care. She's very well versed on women's health issues, including diabetes and high cholesterol, and works well with the other doctors managing my care. She's easy to talk to and is understanding of the challenges in being a middle-age woman. I appreciate her straightforward approach to my care!
Each time I have seen Dr. Grilliot, she has been amazing! She has answered my questions and made me feel like she cares about my needs. She always makes me comfortable speaking with and being seen by her. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for an OBGYN doctor!
Dr.Grilliot is a phenomenal doctor! She is very attentive, thorough and knowledgeable, and up to date on modern medicine. She never seems rushed and treats me caringly as a patient. I am incredibly grateful to have her in the local area, as I was formerly driving to Cobb to see my former Gynecologist of 17 years.
Dr. Grilliot was the most condescending and rude doctor I have ever seen. Any questions I asked were rudely answered by her as she made it a point to try and make me aware and feel as though I was completely ignorant. She literally told me that because I have PCOS that my insides look like "popcorn" and that there was nothing she could do about that. She did however, suggest a surgery to alleviate symptoms I reiterated over and over that I did NOT have. She didn't listen to me once! Out of despe
I love West Georgia Ob/Gyn, most of the staff is very kind and helpful. However, Dr Grilliot is very harsh and opinionated. I'm in my early 20's and still, every time I've seen Dr Grilliot, I've left in tears.
Dr Grilliot has been my OB/GYN for over four years now. She is attentive, knowledgeable, and caring. I am thankful she came to West Gerogia.
