Dr. Ashcraft put me in a walking boot without properly diagnosing my foot pain. I was in even more pain walking around in the boot and when I messaged her office I was told to make an MRI appointment (but Atrius had months long waiting). After finally getting my test outside of Atrius I learned the boot was the opposite of what I had needed and was in it for 7 weeks unnecessarily. Dr Ashcraft is a great podiatrist. She listens well and is patient, kind, thoughtful, and very helpful. Thanks to Dr Ashcraft my foot health has significantly improved and I am able to continue enjoying physical activities. I highly recommend her.
We found Dr. Jill Ashcroft to be very knowledgeable, thoughtful & kind. One of my sons has had to go to her many times over the past 5 years for issues with ingrown toenails. Dr. Ashcroft performed the procedure on multiple parts of my son's foot many times (ten?). She was professional, very clean, very honest and kind every time.
