This office is charging a $6 surcharge when people use their debit cards to pay their bill which is against federal law according to the Dodd-Frank Act and is reinforced according to the Durbin Amendment.
It took me about a dozen phone calls trying to get the appointment. Now that I've had the appointment I've had to leave seven messages for the prescription. This started early February and now it's April 10th for a very basic prescription. I can't get them to return calls let alone feel that prescription.
After 1.5 years under Dr. Riveros care, there is still no words of gratitude I can say enough about him. I am extremely grateful to have him as my Dr. Thank you Dr. Rivero & staff!
I so appreciate Dr. Rivero and his staff for the respect and kindness I received during my visit. They are an extremely nice, caring group. Dr. Rivero is very professional, understanding and knowledgeable. I feel blessed to have him as my doctor. I highly recommend him.
I am so appreciative to Dr. Rivero and his staff. From diagnosis, surgery, hospital stay and recovery, I have received nothing but great care. Dr. Rivero's office and bedside manners were extremely professional and made me feel cared for.
