Dr. Ortega isn’t so bad himself, BUT HIS STAFF IS UNACCEPTABLE. My wife went in there with our daughter and was told BY DR. ORTEGA that she didn’t need to make an appointment for a check. The nurse then proceeded to act very rudely and told my wife that it doesn’t matter if the doctor told her she didn’t need to make an appointment, which does not add up because it’s his practice… to handle being told no is one thing, but being told so in a rude manner is another.
