I came to Dr Jess with what I thought was a pretty serious complaint, but she was able to assess me and reassure me that there were simple strengthening exercises and stretches that would alleviate the problem. Professional, knowledgeable, and great hands-on technique. Her care was exceptional!
Dr. Wingrove is an amazing chiropractor! I came to Dr. Wingrove as a student with poor posture, holding all my tension in my traps and neck. Dr. Wingrove was able to help me relieve this tension effectively and improve my posture to minimize future pain. 10/10 would recommend!
