Wonderful to work with. Excellent communicator and very pleasant to work with
Dr. Whalen was very kind and understanding when I came in a few winks ago for my first-recent evaluation…my right ear was totally blocked. After my second-recent evaluation she took the time to show me the improvement but also explained how further treatment would help.
Very caring staff. Very helpful and informative.
I had ALOT of anxiety over this, my little one who is autistic has problems with, listening, following directions, and new faces. They listened to me, heard me, but best of all put me at ease and took into consideration every single thing I told them. They made me feel comfortable. They talked to him and made him be comfortable. They didn't push him to a melt down they let him kind of be his own guide on when they would take him back to get his tubes.
