First time mom here, we loved Dr Washington. She saw us on every appointment, only missed one for an emergency with another patient. She stuck to our birth plan, keeping us informed every step of the way of the risks and pitfalls that may come up, telling us what she was watching for. We were in labor.for 42 hours and ended up having to have a C-section last minute. Because we were in labor so long, my labor went into the day she was off and another doctor was on call. I called this office once, and got a response but needed more information to book so decided to call back another time. I have proceeded to call them for a week straight and NOTHING. I was trying to become a new patient but I will just go elsewhere but I hope this review brings a better experience for others.
Does not accept patients with limited English proficiency because she does not like using interpreters. This was according to the receptionist who answered the phone.
