Truly awful experience with dr. tan. I went in for a consult and had so many issues with the service i received. The assistant/hygienist was incredibly rude to me and yelled and insulted me while taking my pictures. After waiting for 30+ minutes after my pictures were finally over dr tan came in and rudely said “what’s your problem”. she seemed to be in a rush and i felt like i barely got any attention from her. she also made untrue accusations about my family that i will not detail here. finally she told me that my dental p... read more
The worst customer service ever!! Hard to get a hold of receptionist to schedule an appointment. Hardly emails back, doesnt answer phone calls.I don't recommend this clinic!
WHAT A JOKE - Emails and phone call do not get returned. They obviously have never had to deal with insurance because all of there receipts lack the information required and they can't even send them in a PDF format. If I had to do all over I would go somewhere else just based on how terrible service.
Condescending and unhelpful.
