Hard to get a hold of anyone in their office. I had to get my Dental office that referred me to call Dr. Tan's to get my emails and messages responded to.
Both my daughters go here, Jessica is very trustworthy upfront and honest. Great with kids. Happy with billing and reception. Emergency visits are always accommodated in an excellent timeframe.
**Avoid this place. Unethical practices and hidden fees.** We had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience here. We were given a quote for braces and explicitly told the staff that we needed time to discuss everything with our insurance before making any decisions. I would never recommend this place. Just after money. Terrible experience. I wish i can give them 0 or even negative.
I had a terrible experience with Dr. Tan. I was told my invisalign treatment would be for about 2 years. 5 years later, my teeth looked worse than when we started. Dr Tan told me some of my teeth refused to move and my dentist would fill in the gaps and make everything look good. She didn't tell me that this would cost thousands of dollars and would not be covered by insurance.
