Other then the women that told me that i had coverage and said she verified on the phone with them she did not do her job . As far as the dentist and his staff i would give them five stars my hygienist is wonderfull and i do like the doctor im hoping he understands that if his billing people screw up it there fault not mine hope i can continue going there but if not i wish them well . I agreed on the payment out of my pocket so that is all i am responsible for i believe the doctor should take action on his employee
