They will cancel your appointments on last minute notice due to double booking the providers. It is almost impossible to get an appointment at all. They will not answer voicemails regarding scheduling an appointment. It is not worth the $ or the headache to try to receive care from this office.
It's so hard to even get appointments here. I've been a patient for a couple years and this has been my experience this entire time. I began experiencing some health issues a few weeks ago and called the office multiple times to try to schedule an appointment. They did not answer my calls nor did they answer my multiple voicemails. I ended up having to get treatment from an urgent care as this office made it impossible to access care.
After seeing 4 different providers for what I was sure was endometriosis and being dismissed by all of them, I felt defeated. However, when I met Dr. Ritch, everything changed. She validated me, helped me find the answers I was looking for, and for the past 3 years has helped me manage the painful symptoms of endometriosis. She’s a highly skilled surgeon and an amazing physician. I can’t thank her enough for helping me improve my health for the amazing outcomes of both surgeries I underwent with her.
Dr Ritch is excellent, her front office is horrible along with the people in labs. Dr Ritch wanted to see me in December for an issue she found, her staff couldnt find an appointment and scheduled me for January, when I saw my appointment was removed from the App that they want you to use my appointment was gone. I called them to ask about it and they said they deleted, I was furious they said they can reschedule for April. I truly hope the Dr’s findings were not life threatening.
