This woman is very disrespectful. She treated my husband with no respect. She came in started talking to my husband who can't hear out of his right ear that well then stormed out when my husband said he was just really wanting to leave. After she stormed out I waked out after her to tell her my husband wants to have the procedure done she shoved her hand in my face and said I'm on the phone with the doctor. Dr. Phelps is absolutely AMAZING. She takes her time with you and listens to your concerns, valuing your opinion all the while coming up with a plan before you leave the office. We need more providers like her. Thank you for all you've done for me thus far.
Very friendly physician and staff. Dr Phelps did a great job easing my fear about a procedure! I have since then had to return to the office for a separate issue. One of the PA-Cs took care of me (sorry, I don't remember her name). She did a fantastic job and prescribed me an additional medication that has helped resolve my issue. She kept Dr Phelps informed throughout my visits, and made sure there was nothing that needed procedural intervention.
