I went for a procedure @ Conway Medical Center. I was totally impressed by Dr. M. Malone & her staff. Very highly recommended.
While Dr. Lineback was pleasant, his office is a disgrace. I have left messages that have never been returned and was only able to get information by harassing the receptionist. If you're looking to be ignored, this is the place.
I am new to the area and in desperate need of a gastro. I saw dr Malone on health grades with good reviews. I made an appointment even though I had to wait 3 agonizing months until they could fit me in. The office was in an area I was unfamiliar with and over an hour away. When I called day before and asked directions was told"just call if you get lost. I did and after 2 hrs on the road was told I had to reschedule because I was 20 mins late!! Stress caused me to vomit no one offered help!!!!!!
The staff is good and efficient. Levenson is brief but knowledgeable; was over-billed (annual & pap) and would have appreciated more information about exam. Impressed with nurse, but that's the usual.
Dr.jessica is a kind, caring, personable, intelligent, adorable doctor! I could tell right away that she really does care about her patients. She makes you feel so comfortable when you are talking with her. There really are not enough nice things I can say about her. I pray that she stays with us for a very long time. If you ever read a negative review about her, I can assure you there is more to the story. She is just a special person and doctor.
Dr Eisenman is the best Gastroenterologist in SC. He takes the time to hear his patients and his colonoscopy skills are exceptional. He is what every patient would want for a GI doctor- cares about you and your intestinal problem and has the knowledge and skills to help you . Of the approx 10 GI doctors I have been to for Crohn's disease over the past 40 years, he outshines them all. Conway Hospital, where he is head of GI ,unfortunately has a ways to go to to match his excellence.
Dr. Lukowski is one of the most caring, knowledgeable doctors around. She handled my second pregnancy and delivery and made it the best experience. She spends time with you, cares about you, and best of all... she tells you the truth and doesn't sugar coat things. I just adore her! Best doctor ever. They need more Dr's like her in the world. Love you Dr. L!
