UPDATE: I love that Dr. J is now mobile! She's even made office visits to help me and my employees. Her sessions are extremely helpful in making sure my body is working in tip-top shape, she adjusts things that no other chiropractor has ever done for me. She's even helped a pregnant friend be more comfortable through her pregnancy, then adjusted her newborn to allow for better latching and to help baby sleep through the night! Dr. J is a heavenly sent miracle worker with wonderful energy and knowledge for days! I literally could not walk this morning from hip and tendon tension. Muscles were locked up and nothing I tried at home or over the counter even touched it! I had seen a skilled massage therapist, done heat, ice, rest, anti inflammatory meds, arnica, Epsom salt soaks, essential oils, and even tried a massage gun and foam rolling. I have been to chiropractors in the past, but none that have been as thorough and educational as going to Dr. Jessica L. Mitchell, DC - Chiropractor. I never felt rushed through the entire appointment, she asked a ton of questions about more than just my back, she was able to help get to the root cause of my issues and educated me throughout the process. Dr J adjusted my back, legs, feet, wrists and even worked on my face to release my sinus cavities to help with allergies. When i arrived, my hips were completely out of wack... read more
