I went to her before having surgery with Dr. Bergman. She was quite professional. They had a gal who verified insurance and scheduled surgery which went off without a hitch
Never in my 62 years have I EVER been contacted 5 DAYS before surgery and told I needed 4 grand up front!!! Not only does the average person NOT have that kind of money, BUT 5 DAYS BEFORE THE SURGERY!!! The most UNPROFESSIONAL, but also the most insane and dumbest thing ever!!! What? If anything, DID MY INSURANCE COVER!!!!!!!! Oh and lets not forget the 65 dollars I am out of for there eye drops!!! So over this country and the idiocy of our healthcare people!!!!! Can BET WILL NEVER REFER THEM!
