Ive noticed that my recent visits for dental cleanings at this office have felt rushed and not as thorough as I would expect. In the past with other dental offices, the hygienist would take the time to clean between all my teeth and floss carefully, even when I had a bottom retainer. However, during my last visit with braces, only the front four teeth on the top and bottom were flossed, and the overall cleaning felt incomplete. Dr.Kappel made sure I had a next day endo appointment with a specialist and proper treatment plan. I completed build up and crown at her office. I thank her and her staff for taking care of me quickly and efficiently.
Updated, Dr. Kappel took time to explain and fix everything. Sometimes we are quick to react and make mistakes, and I apologize for that.
Older building. Very nice staff. Very good, painless cleaning and fillings.
