Dr Wilson is the kind of Dr that understands a womans needs and what will help her feel better at any age. She listens and she cares. I will find out where she has moved to, and I will follow her. I don't want to see any one else!

This is the worst doctor i have ever been to. I wish i would have read up on some reviews first! She seemed to be very clueless on properly diagnosing me my medication. On top off that she took her phone out and googled prescriptions and other information on treating me! I was flabbergasted and extremely upset! The office is very dated with old equipment and reading material i am shocked i even stood in there to wait. On top of all of these WARNING signs. Dr Wilson-Chan is a rare find. I did have a wait time issue when I went in one time because the office had one medical assistant (not sure why I've see 3 on one day before). I've been in and out in 30min with an appointment when staffed properly. Dr Wilson-Chan is very approachable, give the feeling of genuine interest and concern. She takes the time to get to know you without being excessive. I can see perhaps some patients can take advantage of her time. I waited for 2 hours to see her and then she was clueless. I told her my symptoms which she then put in her phone and told me she didn't know. She asked what I thought it was and how I wanted to treat it (without providing any input herself). I wasted almost 3 hours plus the money for the appointment for absolutely nothing.

I must also address the complete disregard Dr. Wilson has for her patients' schedules. My wait time - 1st appointment, was THREE hours! I was in dire need of medical care and new to Tampa or I would have walked out, when she got to me I was so angry I was in tears. Return visit was first appointment after lunch. That wait was 2 HOURS and 10 minutes. I do not care if she's the finest Doc in Florida - I will NEVER endure this again!!!

Had a 2PM appointment, got there by 2:10. I signed in and sat down and about 10 minutes later an older Gentleman walks in without an appointment to see if they could fit him in. about 15 minutes later the door opens to call the next patient and they call him back to be seen! I sat a total of an hour an 1/2 before I demanded a copy of my records, which they had the nerve to charge me $27 for [You would have thought an hour and 1/2 of my time would have been worth $27 at least.], and left without seeing the Doctor. Staff is nice but sometimes takes their time addressing you after you have walked in the lobby. I absolutely LOVE Dr. Chan. She is knowledgable, friendly and approachable. The only major issue I have is the wait time to see her. I have had the first appointment of the day and still waited for 40 minutes in the lobby and another 45 in the room itself... But with that said.... I still go to her because she is well worth the wait.
