My severely ingrown toenail HURT. Now, a few days later my toe is pain free and normal. - I watched various youtubes, of course, and most said the initial numbing injection was the worst part. What they didn't say is that the surgeon's skill makes a huge difference. Dr Bordon's technique is superb--no pain start to finish. I highly recommend her services.
Went to see Dr. Jessica because I wanted a 2nd opinion. She carefully examined my foot and quickly determined that I had a lesion, rather than a bunion(which the other doctor said and recommended surgery) She trimmed some skin and recommended different shoes. Wow, what a relief. I thought I was going to be on a knee cart for 6-8 weeks.
DR BORDON IDENTIFIED AN ONGOING FOOT PROBLEM THAT MY PREVIOUS PODIATRIST HAD NEVER ADDRESSED. I WAS PAIN FREE FOR THE FIRST TIME IN DECADES!! DR BORDON IS CARING AND THOROUGH. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER!
They run the office so BADLY! Give you a cash register receipt when you pay and no Flexible Spending plan accepts a receipt like that. I've asked over and over for an itemized receipt and I'm always told I'll get it in the mail when Dr. Bordon "enters her notes". What Dr. doesn't enter their medical notes into the record in a timely manner? I'd avoid the practice if you want to use FSA funds to pay for the services, you won't get a receipt that you can use and now my funds are being frozen over this unprofessional laziness!

I'm sorry you feel this way. To my knowledge, the only time you called asking for a receipt was a few days ago. A time in which myself and my biller are both on holiday vacation. Should you have called earlier, you would have been given the appropriate receipt needed for your FSA account. Patient satisfaction is extremely important to us. Not only making sure that our patients get pain-free, but also making sure that we handle the administrative side as efficiently and thorough as possible.
Norma gave me exceptional service when I booked my appointment and at check in and check out . Dr Bordon made me feel at ease and was comforting in my concerns. I highly recommend this team !
I had ankle pain for more than 6 months and had been to my regular foot/ankle doctor and to physical therapy, with no relief. I chose to do shock wave therapy with dr. Bordon. After 5 treatments and a little healing time, I can say my pain is down by at least 80%. Thank you, God and Dr. Bordon.
Dr. Bordon is very attentive and sensitive to your needs. She REALLY listens. If she is booked up and you can wait it will be well worth it!
Another successful visit to Dr. Bordon to treat an ingrown toenail. She successfully treated my plantar fasciitis several years ago and fortunately I haven’t had any other foot problems until now. She takes time to explain the problem and associated treatment options. It was a pleasure to be greeted by a cheerful and friendly receptionist, who makes you feel at ease. I highly recommend Dr. Bordon.
