My rating is just for the receptionist who refused to answer my call when I tried to call back for the my PCP’s phone number and name. I’m most likely the only one calling the office with a 504 area code. I called back not even a whole minute after discussing a medical emergency with her and no answer. I called back three more times and no answer. I will not be scheduling an appointment here anymore. Reading through the other reviews, I’m glad this happened.
Well where do I start , 1st i came to Jesse from my previous OBY.. and from the moment i walked into his office it was clean and smelled really good , it’s no longer then a 5/10 min wait -the restroom has a heated toilet seat that sprays water /lol very fancy/can’t forget his 2 ladies in the office Erica who does the phone and the young lady in the back who does your weight and blood pressure I don’t remember her name but she was amazing aswell , dr woo was always nice caring and answered all my questions he replies back qui... read more
Our experience with Dr. Jesse Woo was wonderful from the very beginning to the C section delivery of our baby. You're in great hands with a double board certified doctor that truly cares about you and your baby and the hospital he works with made everything very comfortable.
Dr. Woo delivered my baby boy C section and he made me feel so comfortable and confident. Choosing a great obgyn is an important decision & your family can be assured Dr. Woo will take great care of you. The staff at the hospital was very nice, attentive and accommodating, making the entire experience wonderful.
I regret not trusting the reviews I read before choosing this OB. From the start, appointments feel extremely rushed and impersonal. During our ultrasound, he literally said, “I’ll show you real quick,” which felt dismissive and took away from what should be a meaningful moment for expecting parents. There was no effort to explain what we were seeing, no reassurance, and we weren’t offered any ultrasound printouts of our baby at all.
