Dr Smart is an excellent listener and does not rush you. He makes his patients feel very comfortable and considers available courses / options of treatment depending on the situation and patient preferences. He is a gem. A rare find.

Single parent here. We are so impressed with his thoughtful and excellent care we have made him our family doctor. I've done over 20 years of medical advocacy and have seen it all except this, this physician takes his time and listens, he asks questions and he cares. He treats the whole person not just the issue. He's a keeper this one.

Dr. Smart is the best PCP I have had in years. He listens to my concerns and addresses all of them, one by one. He is very thorough. His office is organized and not over booked with appointments.

Dr. Smart is partner owner with C.E.O. Dr. Rahmi Mowjood of Cucamonga Valley Medical Group, Prime Care of Inland Valley. I was referred to a Dr. in the CVMG by my previous pcp. My first appt. with this group was with another Dr. that I had not requested and there was no explanation, but I just went along with it. There is no way for me to contact my pcp with questions or concerns as I am use to doing with my previous pcp either by leaving a message with her office or sending a message through the Healow App. I always receive... read more

Still waiting for Dr. Dominguez to see me, I always have an NP instead of Dr. Dominguez. I saw him when he first became a doctor and he was much better. He used to spend time to evaluate the situation, last time I saw him he was in and out very fast.

Been a patient since 2005, Jesse D is our family doctor. He’s great but counting back to maybe five years from now he’s nowhere to be found. Every time I need treatment I see his “assistants”or other providers on cue. Thats fine and all but isn’t a specific doctor assigned to you so they know you and carry your profile throughout your care? . Okay they need help with the workload , fine but they’re second in command don’t do any better of a job either way. That’s issue N.1 NOW, NEED REFERRALS? Forget it, the doctor (any doc)... read more

Worst doctor ever, doesn’t take time to know patient. Tells you he is going to put order either for meds, blood work or referral and every single time I would have to call his office because there was never an order. Also waited on a referral since April which he forgot and was seen until July when my diagnosis was already worsen by then.
